About HD3 Fitness Centre Ltd

We are a small and friendly independent Gym and Fitness Centre with a large selection of Group Fitness Exercise classes, to suit all abilities and tastes, in our fully equipped studio. Our Gym is fully equipped with cardio and weights machines (including free weights). We have four qualified Personal Trainers (REPS registered) who can help meet your fitness goals. We are also part of the GP referral scheme for Kirklees PALS. Opening hours are 6am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturday and 8.30am - 4pm Sundays.
