About Osteopathic Medical Practice
The treatment of any musculoskeletal conditions causing pain and/or disability of any sort. This can include back pain, frozen shoulder, neck ache, headaches, sports injuries, lifting injuries to name a few.
We use our hands to manually release areas in the body of tension and misalignment. Treatment can be gentle to firm depending on the patients condition and threshold. 45 minutes to an hour is taken for each session.
Lifestyle, postural and nutritional advise can also be incorporated should it be necessary.
