We're not like other gyms as we're owned and run by qualified personal trainers who work hard as a team to deliver a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

Facilities include a spacious, friendly gym with a dedicated free weights area; 40+ classes per week including Body Balance, Yoga, Pilates, Box Fit, Spinning and Zumba; our unique Fresh Air outdoor training from our local parks – using, among other things, lorry tyres and tug of war ropes – a fantastic all over body workout.
