Hector Russell kilt makers are the last remaining kilt maker on Edinburgh's famous Princes Street, established in 1881 we have been outfitters to generations of clans from the highlands and to families from the low lands. Experts in clan tartans, Highland dress and kilt making we have an enviable reputation for excellent service and attention to detail. We are located in the only remaining family town house on Princes street where you will find a wide range of clan textiles including rugs, scarves, ties and sashes. We also stock the renowned Harris Tweed the textile individually woven by hand on the island of Harris. Instore on offer you will find quality men's and women's cashmere, Arran knitwear as well as James Pringle and Scottish jewellery. Souvenirs for the tourist and toys for the children.
