About Good Health and Fitness

We offer a unique twist to regular gyms offering 1 to 1 personal training along with over 50 small group training sessions per week. With FREE parking and no long term contracts. Our studio consists of a private 1 to 1 functional training studio along with a group training studio, where a maximum of 12 people can train. We also offer sports therapy.
