I have clinics in Thurston and Bury St Edmunds offering individual therapy and I also offer home visits if this is appropriate. I can also provide skype, email and telephone support.
People seek counselling for a variety of reasons and there is a great deal of truth in the cliche 'a problem shared is a problem halved' and through counselling you can make positive changes in your life. Counselling provides you with an opportunity to work through difficulties in a safe and confidential environment without feeling judged.
I am an Accredited Member of 'The National Counselling Society' and 'The National Hypnotherapy Society'. My Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy is accredited by 'The Royal College of Nursing'. I am an Associate Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
