• The Interior Outlet was established by Martin & Annie March 2013. We operate from our bricks and mortar warehouse in the old Hemsworth old colliery building near Pontefract and Wakefield.
• We offer hand selected premium UK brands & leading high street store furniture, but with up to 75% off normal retail prices. Some products are end of line, ex display or cancelled orders, in addition to ongoing factory direct lines, sourced from highly regarded companies who manufacture for trusted high street stores such as John Lewis, House Of Fraser, Laura Ashley, Marks & Spencer etc.
• We’re a local independent business, with Free nationwide delivery – Even Free delivery to most of Scotland, which is pretty rare in our industry.
• Our clients always receive an exemplary level of customer service, of a level we would like to receive when buying on the high street, but rarely do, so we always go that extra mile to make the buying experience outstanding and memorable for the right reasons. This is probably why many of our former clients have become our friends and many still pop in to see us just for a chat and a catch up, which we love.
. We’re based in an old colliery canteen, in an area hard hit by the closure of the mining industry, so most people visiting for the first time are quite shocked to find such beautiful furniture in the most unusual of locations, but are also pleasantly surprised at the massive savings offered too.
•We offer our clients a free product sourcing service, so if they’ve seen a product on the high street which they love, we’ll hunt through our vast list of suppliers to find a similar product, but they’ll usually pay at least 50% less.
•Bespoke First time home buyer packages and landlord / tenant complete home furnishing packages available.
•All our upholstery is manufactured by British companies and 98% of it is hand crafted in Great Britain, so it’s not just fantastic quality, it’s great for the British economy and also for the carbon footprint.
• We strive to make people happy, as putting a smile on someone’s face is priceless and the little extra effort taken to do it, usually costs nothing, but makes all our hard work worthwhile to know we’ve made someone happy.
