The package also includes a Wellness Induction to the Gym (which is compulsory for all users). Please Note - *All Direct Debit memberships are subject to an initial minimum 12 month contract. On the setting up of a direct debit two forms of ID will be required from the account holder one should contain a photo and the address of the account holder (i.e. Passport or Driving licence); the other should be in the form of a current official document (i.e. Utility bill or bank statement). NHS ID will also be required to be shown.
