About Lush Designs

We are a small design company based in SE London. Two friends who met at Art school in the 1980s and have worked together ever since. We design useful and beautiful things for the home based around our quirky print designs often featuring flora and fauna and story-telling themes around our lives and interests. Lots of detail, hand-drawn and colourful. We are known for the lampshades that we make in our small studio, and our range included English bone china mugs, inexpensive note books, tableware, kitchen textiles and cushions all manufactured in the UK and highly original pottery.

03/03/2022: This company is located in a place called SE London. It's a very special place because two friends who met at art school in the 1980s work together here. They make lots of fun and interesting things like lampshades, mugs, notebooks, tableware, kitchen textiles and cushions. All these things are made in the UK and they look really cool!
