Having worked in the NHS myself, as well as having had a range of health professionals as clients, I have an understanding of the unique pressures you may be facing. It may feel like somehow you should be able to cope better than your patients, that you shouldn’t have the same struggles with mental health or need the same support when things get tough.
I offer non-judgemental and confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults and couples. My training (MSc) was in integrative counselling, which means that I work with you as an individual based on your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
