Westminster Primary Care Trust (PCT) was a National Health Service (NHS) organisation that provided primary care services in the City of Westminster, London. It was established in April 2002 and dissolved on 31 March 2013 when it merged with two other PCTs to form NHS North West London.

The trust managed a budget of £1 billion per year and employed around 3,000 staff. Its main activities included commissioning health services from providers such as GPs, dentists, opticians and pharmacists; providing public health services; and delivering community nursing services. The trust also had responsibility for mental health services within its area.

The trust worked closely with local authorities to ensure that people living in Westminster received the best possible healthcare provision. It also worked with local communities to promote healthy lifestyles through initiatives such as smoking cessation programmes and alcohol awareness campaigns.

In 2011/12 the trust achieved some notable successes including reducing waiting times for elective surgery at St Mary's Hospital by over 20%, increasing access to mental health services by 10% compared to 2010/11 figures, improving patient satisfaction ratings across all areas of service delivery, achieving high levels of financial control and efficiency savings totalling £17 million against an original target of £15 million.
