Torbay and Southern Devon Health and Care NHS Trust is an NHS trust based in Torbay, Devon, England. The trust provides health care services to a population of around 330,000 people across the South West of England. It runs three main hospitals – Torbay Hospital in Torquay, Newton Abbot Community Hospital and Totnes Community Hospital – as well as community services including mental health care, learning disability services and adult social care.

The trust was formed in April 2020 following the merger of two previous trusts: Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSDFT) and Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust (NDHT). This merger created one of the largest integrated health systems in the country. The new organisation has a combined annual turnover of over £1 billion with 4,400 staff providing healthcare to a population covering 3 counties - Devon, Cornwall & Somerset.
