Southampton City Primary Care Trust (PCT) was an NHS organisation responsible for the planning and commissioning of health services in Southampton, England. The PCT was established in April 2002 as part of the government's reforms of the NHS. It was responsible for providing health care services to a population of over 500,000 people.

The PCT was responsible for commissioning a range of health services from GPs, dentists, opticians, community health services, mental health services, sexual health services, public health services, hospital services and other specialist services. The PCT also had responsibility for delivering national initiatives such as the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), which rewarded GPs for providing high quality care.

The PCT was disbanded in April 2013 following the Health and Social Care Act 2012. Its functions were taken over by the newly formed NHS Southampton City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The CCG is responsible for commissioning most of the services that were previously commissioned by the PCT.

The PCT had a strong focus on public engagement and worked closely with local organisations and communities to ensure that the services it provided met the needs of local people. It also had a strong commitment to developing a culture of learning and development within its workforce.
