South Staffordshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) was a NHS organisation responsible for the provision of health services to the population of South Staffordshire, England. It was established in April 2002 and operated until 2013 when it was abolished as part of a reorganisation of the NHS.

The PCT provided a range of services including primary care, community health services, mental health and learning disability services. It also had responsibility for commissioning hospital services from providers such as Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

The PCT worked closely with local authorities to ensure that people received integrated care in their own homes or communities wherever possible. The PCT also funded preventative initiatives such as Stop Smoking Services, Healthy Eating Programmes and physical activity programmes to help reduce levels of ill-health in the area.

In April 2013 South Staffordshire PCT was abolished and its functions were taken over by three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs): Cannock Chase CCG, East Staffordshire CCG and South East Staffs & Seisdon Peninsula CCG. These organisations are responsible for planning and buying healthcare services on behalf of local people in their respective areas.
