Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care NHS Trust (SNEYHC) is an NHS trust in England, providing health care services to the people of Scarborough and North East Yorkshire. The trust provides acute hospital services, mental health services, community health services and specialist children’s healthcare. It also runs a range of outpatient clinics.

The trust was established in April 1998 when the existing Scarborough Hospital NHS Trust merged with the former North East Yorkshire Community Health Council. Since then it has grown considerably, now employing over 4,000 staff across its sites which include Scarborough Hospital, Bridlington Hospital and York District Hospital as well as a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics throughout the region.

The trust is committed to providing high quality care for all patients regardless of their background or circumstances; they have achieved this by putting patient safety first and focusing on delivering excellent clinical outcomes through innovation and technology-driven improvements. They are proud of their work in developing integrated pathways between primary care providers and hospitals so that patients receive the right care at the right time closer to home.
