The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is the health service provider for the Isle of Wight, a county located off the south coast of England. The trust provides services to over 140,000 people living on the island and its surrounding areas.

It also runs several GP practices on the island including Castle Practice in Cowes, Grange Road Medical Centre in Ryde and Priory Bay Practice in Seaview.
