Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS trust based in Derbyshire, England. It provides a range of mental health, learning disability and community services across the county. The trust was established in April 2011 following the merger of two former trusts: Derbyshire Mental Health Services NHS Trust and North Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.
