We run over 55 classes a week from spin classes to yoga, zumba and other as interesting and motivating classes.
Our club has a brand new spin studio along with new equipment for our other group exercises classes.
We've also introduced an athletics track to help you improve functional strength, acceleration and endurance. In addition we've added an Olympic lifting platform as well as brand new resistance equipment.
We have a very relaxing, heated swimming pool with steam room and Jacuzzi’s.
We have a great refurbished the state of the art gym with cardiovascular and stretch area.
We have brilliant and ambitious Personal Trainers, who will help make a change in lifestyle and training.
We offer nutritional advice, workout plans and run challenges too.
We also promote Fitness Friday's for members, who would like to bring their family member or friend for free every Friday, receiving a pass to the gym, classes & spa facility.
