About Indian Spice School
The Indian Spice School offers an exciting range of structured healthy Indian cookery courses for beginners, or seasoned everyday cooks.
We have tried to create Indian Cookery Courses with unique aspects. The ISS offers:
1)Bespoke modular courses tailored to your needs at competitive rates.
-Personal training - offered individually or to small groups (max 2 people), either in ISS kitchen, or at your home
-Chef training ? offered to Business and Educational establishments premises to promote authentic Indian Cuisine
2)A range of modules cover everything from the basics, to mastery of Indian cooking.
-Basic insight into Indian food, spices and how they work together (Pre-requisite to other modules)
-Cooking Restaurant style and Regional Indian dishes
-Cooking authentic ?home cooked? dishes
-Advanced dishes for special occasions
We have also set out to ensure that all the students understand what they are cooking, where it originated from, and the many health aspects of Indian Food.
