We offer mindfulness teaching, training and therapy one to one, to groups and organisations. We deliver workshops, the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme and a Level 4 qualification "Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice" for healthcare and allied healthcare professionals.
