Life Coaching looks at various life areas & helps you to build a goal for those life areas to help you improve your life to bring you life up to the level you would be happy with & even further. The sky is the limit. The life areas I deal with are:Emotional Health Partner Vocation Money Personal Development Family/Social Spiritual & any other you would like to work on. What is Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapy treatment? During Hypnotherapy you will enter a very pleasant relaxed state. In this pleasant relaxed state your subconscious mind will be highly receptive to new ideas and perspectives. You can then work alongside the therapist to improve your problem. Nothing you do not want to happen can be forced upon you. You have to work alongside the therapist to make the change happen. Our subconscious mind is very powerful and it has learned responses. So over the years we have developed an unconscious and subconscious response to situations and stimuli. Working with a Hypnotherapist you can help to change the automatic response for the better in certain situations, and the subconscious can also help to stimulate your immune system to help you with certain health related problems.
