Dance fitness classes, bringing the fun and excitement into fitness. I have been teaching dance fitness for four years now. Zumba is my love, dancing to funky vibes of music such as salsa, regatton, cumbia and merengue and many more. If you like shaking your hips around and a party atmosphere you will love Zumba and you will love the results you get. Every Mon 7pm – 7.45pm £5, Weds 10.15am – 11.15am £5.50 and Thurs 6.45pm – 7.45pm. £5.50
Are you missing your Strictly fix? Have you ever wanted to dance like the stars? Now you can and there's no need for a partner and no experience required. Just come along and try my new FitSteps class, the brainchild of Strictly’s Iain Waite and Natalie Lowe. Learning the real Strictly steps Jive, Waltz, Quick Step and Cha Cha whilst getting fit at the same time. Every Mon 6pm – 7.45pm £5.
