The Dorset Mindfulness Centre is a safe space for personal growth, stress reduction and wellbeing. The centre is also a platform for research and collaborative coming together of practitioners for the purpose of promotng mindfulness as a therapy, a technique and as a lifestyle. We offer Introductory courses, mindfulness for healthcare masterclasses as well as the 8-Week MBSR Mindfulness course. Our consulting rooms are situated at the Red Heart Fund Complementary Medicine Clinic in Bournemouth
