About Anna Batey Counselling

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor offering sessions online as well as face to face from a clinic in Plymouth. I find that often there are a variety of issues that come together to make life difficult and challenging for people. I have lots of experience of working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, loss of identity, PTSD and generally 'not feeling the way they used to', as well as many other life challenges. I am also trained to offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisaion and Reprocessing). I offer a free online or phone consultation to discuss how we could work together and answer any questions you may have.
