Prested Hall Health Club and Gym near Colchester in Essex has a large modern adult members health club, with a 20m indoor pool*, gym, Power Plate room, sauna, steam room, 3 outdoor lawn tennis courts (one of which is a dual purpose tennis/netball court), 2 indoor real tennis courts and The Prested Therapy Rooms. We have recently had a total Gym refurbishment which consists of: Replacement of all cardio and resistant equipment All new lighting throughout the Gym Fresh new decor and colour scheme Brand new sound system throughout our new Gym New additions to our free weight area including sledge, battle ropes, rigs and heavier plates and dumbells

12/11/2022: Prested Hall Health Club and Gym is located near Colchester in Essex. It has lots of cool things to do like swimming in the 20m indoor pool, working out in the gym, using the Power Plate room, relaxing in the sauna or steam room, playing tennis on 3 outdoor lawn courts or 2 indoor real tennis courts and getting treatments at The Prested Therapy Rooms. There's also a new gym with lots of new equipment and a sound system. If you join as an adult member you can get 15% off! , Mandy, Medical Secretary.
